Conditions for using the Legnova platform. Last updated: July 2026.
These Terms govern use of the Legnova platform (“Service”), software for managing legal requirements, obligations, licenses, evidence and IMS conformity (environment, OHS and quality). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity on your account and organization. Registration data must be accurate. We may suspend accounts for abuse, non-payment or breach of these Terms.
Legnova organizes and suggests regulatory and operational information to support compliance management. The Service does not replace legal advice, formal audits or technical decisions by a duly licensed professional. Applicability of standards to your operations must be validated by your organization.
Features and limits vary by contracted plan. Monthly and yearly plans are recurring subscriptions charged automatically on the registered card (renewal via the payment provider). If a charge fails, there is a cure period before access suspension. Cancellations and upgrades follow plan and provider rules.
You retain ownership of data entered into the platform (requirements, evidence, documents, etc.). We are granted a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the Service. Backups and security follow practices described in the Privacy Policy.
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, circumvent plan limits, unduly overload infrastructure, reverse engineer without authorization, or redistribute the software without a license.
We aim for high availability without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. Maintenance and incidents may occur. Support levels and SLAs, when applicable, are set in the plan or a specific contract (e.g. Custom).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legnova is not liable for lost profits, data loss caused by the user, or decisions based on automated/AI suggestions without human validation. Aggregate liability, where applicable, is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the event.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or registered email. Continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
