State: Official Gazettes of the 27 states and environmental agencies. Municipal: capitals, industrial hubs and, automatically, every city where the client's matrix or site is. The base updates continuously; applicability enters the matrix via inbox.

Yes, operationally. On Professional and Custom: materiality, GHG Protocol inventory (scopes 1–3), GRI content index, indicators, evidence, ESG suppliers and report issuance. Starter has the full IMS without the ESG module — those who need ESG move to Professional, under commercial proposal.
